Missions
- Defines and implements the human resources management policy (recruitment, remuneration, mobility, career management, etc.) of the organisation.
- Develops and supervises the administrative management of personnel (individual files, payroll, etc.).
- Controls the application of legal and regulatory obligations relating to working conditions and relations.
- Organises social dialogue and participates in internal communication operations linked to changes in the company.
Main activities
- Execution of HR Services in the areas of Recruitment, Selection, and Retention.
- Employee Orientation, Development, and Training Administration.
- Defining and handling grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Provides support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines.
- Employee attendance and leave management.
- Responsible for the Execution of HR services in the areas of employee welfare administration.
- Repository of profiles for all the roles.
- Minimizing the attrition ratio and quick replacement for the one who quits.
- Defining employee training calendar and enforcing it.
- Obtaining good knowledge of Local labor laws.
- Ensuring all the statutory compliances are always taken care.
- Ensuring timely performance review of the team.
- Familiar with preparing employment contracts and registration of the same with the labor department.
- Familiar with preparing the payroll of employees as per the local labor laws.
- Salary and compliance are to be processed as per the company norms on a regular basis.
- Ensuring all need-based training, events, and celebrations are taken care of.
